Refund policy

Returns Policy:

  • Eligibility Period:
    • Purchases outside this window follow the standard 30-day return policy.
  • Condition for Returns:
    • Items must be returned in original condition—undamaged, unused, and in original packaging.
    • Items returned in unsuitable condition (damaged, used, or incomplete) will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Customized or personalized outdoor cinema bookings or accessories (e.g., branded signage, tickets).
    • Sailing Lessons, Consulting Services, other services. 
    • Public licensing fees for movie screenings.
    • Perishable items like popcorn or snacks.
    • Heavily discounted items (marked as "Final Sale") are non-returnable.
  • Model Ship Returns:
    • Must be returned in original packaging, including glass display cases, with all components intact and undamaged.

Outdoor Cinema Equipment Rental Cancellations:

  • 14-Day Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling:
    • Requests to reschedule must also be made at least 14 days prior to the original event date.

Damage and Missing Items:

  • Equipment returned with damage or missing components will incur a deduction from the security deposit or incur additional charges.

Additional Information:

  • Sailing Lessons and Other Services are non-refundable.
  • Sailing activities and waitlists have purchase or signup limit of 1 per customer. Customers who sign up for more than 1 waitlist agree to pay a $25,000 fine. Spam is discouraged in the Bryan Yacht Club system, and to promote fair access to sailing, we reserve the right to set terms of our business transactions pursuant to applicable laws. 
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after return or cancellation approval.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked "Final Sale" during purchase (e.g., clearance or deeply discounted products) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Statutory Rights: This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
